Besides working for AEA I will continue to persue my career as an independent engineer and producer in music production in the LA area.</p>

The six-piece band consisting of drums, upright bass, piano, guitar, tenor sax and trumpet/flugelhorn was recorded in Studio A of the facility utilizing the studio&#8217;s fantastic collection of microphones. Supplementary ribbon microphones by <a href="http://www.ribbonmics.com" target="_blank">AEA</a> were used to craft a natural sound. The purpose of the recording session was to produce jazz playalongs for Gillmann&#8217;s upcoming drum teaching book.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As part of my final visual exam for my engineering studies at the <a href="http://www.musikundmedien.net" target="_blank">Institute for Music and Media</a> in Duesseldorf, Germany, I produced a EPK (Electronic Press Kit) DVD for the German cover band <a href="http://www.sir-williams.de" target="_blank">Sir Williams</a>. Responsiblities of mine besides producing involved project supervision, video editing, interview audio mixing and dvd authoring.
